Division 3

 
The new Division 3 is in the centre of Red Deer County and includes:
 
- the hamlet of Springbrook and the Red Deer Regional Airport;
 
- the country subdivisions of River Country Estates, Mission Hill, Trueman, Misty Ridge, Ridgewood, Beacon Heights and Wild Rose;
 
- east of Highway 2A to Range Road 261 from Twp. Rd. 372 south to Secondary Highway 590 including Antler Hill and Niobe;

- west of Highway 2A to the Red Deer River from Twp. Rd. 374 south to Twp. Road 360;
 
- west of the Red Deer River to Secondary Highway 781 from Twp. Rd. 380 south to the Red Deer River.
 
 
North of the division is Gasoline Alley west and east and the future hamlet of Liberty Crossing just north of which is the city of Red Deer.
 
Immediately south of the division is the town of Innisfail. East of the division is Pine Lake and west of the division is Markerville. Northwest of the division is Sylvan Lake and southwest of the division is the Glennifer Lake reservoir. The division completely surrounds the town of Penhold.

Through the centre of the division running north-south is Queen Elizabeth 2 Highway, Highway 2A, the Canadian Pacific Railway, the future high speed rail route and the Red Deer River.
 
Running through the centre of the division running east-west is Highway 42 and Secondary Highway 592. Highway 54 also runs through a portion of the division including Big Bend Airport west of Innisfail. The proposed bio-fuel refinery and plant north of Innisfail is also in the division.
